She communicated well between us and the buyers and had our back throughout the process. We also purchased another home with LeeAnn and the process of selling and buying at the same time can be incredibly stressful. She managed our expectations and provided guidance along the way. “We had a unique situation where we were selling our current home and buying our next home at the same time. Our first house purchase fell through, leaving us in a tough spot with the buyers of our house. LeeAnn negotiated with our buyers and was able to push the closing date back ~3 weeks to give us time to find a new home. We were able to get moved into our new home with ~1 week to spare before closing on our current home. The home that fell through was an absolute nightmare. The listing agent on that other home was unresponsive and the seller was not completely ready to sell when we went under contract. It ultimately was a blessing that this house fell through because it pushed us back long enough for our new home (which is also our dream home) to come to market. I would absolutely recommend LeeAnn as your agent!”

“We called Lee Ann when we found a home and some property we liked, but it had some challenges. She was an excellent advisor throughout the process and because of her counsel, we concluded the purchase with a very good result. When it came to selling our home, Lee Ann had an excellent sales plan, which included professional consultant for staging and good advice on listing price. We had 21 showings in 12 hours and had property under contract for above list price with favorable terms 13 hours after listing. In both the buying and selling of homes, Lee Ann was patient and professional, taking the stress out of the process and providing us confidence throughout. I hope we don't ever move again, but if we do, Lee Ann Balta is who we will call. In the end, we not only have a trusted realtor, but a good friend.”
